The Prospect

We’re seeking passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team across multiple outlets, including:

Lobby Bar – Signature cocktails & relaxed dining

In-Room Dining – 24-hour room service

Conferences & Events – Spaces for up to 280 guests

Baristas & Buffet Attendants – Confident with coffee service and buffet operations

Bartenders – Skilled in classic and modern cocktails

Section Waitstaff – Focused on fast, friendly, and professional service





Our venues roster from 6am until 1:00am, offering flexible shifts across mornings, days, and nights.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (hotel experience a plus)
- A warm, professional, and team-oriented approach
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
