Charterhouse is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join a casual Flood Storm Call Operator pool for an emergency weather hotline, with on-call shifts 24/7. The role is fully remote but requires 3 days of in-person training in Wollongong at the start of October.

Pay is $37.50 per hour plus super. As a Flood Storm Call Operator, you will answer inbound calls during severe weather events, assess urgency, gather information, reassure callers, and upscale cases as needed.
