At Milestones Early Learning Warana, we're looking for a passionate and flexible Educator to join our team in a unique part-time role that combines Inclusion Support Subsidy (ISS) responsibilities with floating support across the centre.

This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by providing additional support to children who need it most, while also assisting our wider teaching team to create engaging, nurturing, and inclusive learning environments for all children.

With shifts available between 6:30am and 6:30pm, you'll become an integral part of a supportive team that values collaboration, connection, and quality early education.

About the Role

As our ISS & Float Educator, you will:

- Provide dedicated support to children accessing Inclusion Support Subsidy (ISS) funding
- Foster inclusive, engaging, and responsive learning experiences
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively across different age groups and learning environments
- Assist the wider centre team where required to ensure high-quality care and education
- Support a positive, safe, and nurturing setting for every child

About You

You will have:

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)




- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to supporting educators and children across the centre
