Our client, a global leader in Computers and Information Technology and due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee our Repair Team located in Homebush.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the robotic vacuum repair centre, ensuring fast, high‑quality turnaround
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of repair technicians
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues across multiple robotic vacuum models
- Implement and refine repair workflows, quality checks, and safety procedures
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and warranty teams to keep repairs moving smoothly
- Track KPIs, repair volumes, parts usage, and reporting metrics
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment
- Provide hands‑on technical support for complex or escalated repairs

What You Bring

- Experience in electronics repair, mechatronics, robotics,



or a related technical field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop, repair centre, or service environment
- Robust diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to coach and motivate a team while maintaining high standards
- Familiarity with smart‑home devices (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
