The Role
You’ll work closely with our Site Supervisor across a variety of residential and commercial projects, playing a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality finishes and keeping daily site progress on track.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Carpentry and general building works across renovation and maintenance projects
- Following job scopes accurately and to standard
- Managing materials and liaising with suppliers
- Using ServiceM8 to manage daily tasks and documentation
- Attending weekly team huddles and monthly toolbox meetings
- Keeping to our SOPs so quality stays consistent across every job
About You
- Trade-qualified Carpenter, or 5+ years of relevant hands‑on experience
- Strong skills across carpentry, renovation, maintenance, and general building works
- Comfortable using field management tools like ServiceM8
- Current White Card and driver's licence
- A clear communicator who treats clients and team members with respect
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to doing the job properly
