As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
Be the friendly point of contact for clients and visitors, handling enquiries with professionalism and care.
Answer, direct, and manage phone calls while taking clear and accurate messages.
Process email and website orders promptly and accurately.




Keep customers updated on product and order status, ensuring communication is always timely and clear.
Resolve issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
Support the team with administrative tasks and assist on projects as needed.
Work collaboratively across departments to keep everything running seamlessly.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service (aerospace or defence industry experience is a bonus, not a must!).
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
SAP Business One knowledge (desirable, but not essential).
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and a knack for solving problems.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
