With a busy temp desk already performing at a strong level, we're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take it further — and reap the rewards.

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and grow an already well-established temp desk
Drive business development with past and existing clients to expand market share
Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience in a high‐paced setting




Operate with commercial focus, treating your desk like your own business
Collaborate closely with the Director to take the business to the next level
About You:
Proven recruitment experience (ideally in temps, but open to strong perm consultants ready to transition)
Strong business development skills with the drive to build lasting client relationships
Commercially savvy with a mindset of ownership and growth
Thrives in fast‐paced settings where people and service come first
Ambitious, motivated, and ready to step up into a role with real financial reward
