The Role
Pure new business. You'll join an established mid-market sales team in Sydney, working directly alongside a senior Account Executive to build and progress pipeline across a named account territory.
Deals here move quick relative to enterprise — but still involve real stakeholder complexity (finance, ops, sometimes IT). If you want a seat that teaches you how mid-market SaaS is actually sold,



without an 18-month sales cycle, this is it.
What You'll Be Doing
Outbound prospecting into mid-market accounts across key verticals
Engaging finance, ops and technology stakeholders
Supporting and partnering with an AE through the full sales cycle
Building pipeline across Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality and Skilled Services accounts
What You'll Need
12+ months of B2B SaaS sales experience (BDR, SDR or junior AE)
Proven outbound hunting ability
Comfortable managing a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder sales process
Sydney-based, 3 days per week in a CBD office
The Package
$90,000 base + super
$120,000 OTE — uncapped
