QIP is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Client Relationship Officer to join our national team. This is a great opportunity to work with Australia’s leading health and community services accreditation provider.
About the role
The primary role of the position is to provide quality client services and assist in the administration of all processes of accreditation / certification.
Reporting to the National Manager, you will:
- Provide support throughout the accreditation process (registration, self-assessment, application, and certification)
- Provide up to date and consistent information to clients on relevant standards
- Build positive relationships with clients and deliver effective and timely client service
- This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
About you
- Minimum of 2 years of administration and customer service
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- At least intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills e.g. Outlook and Word
- Medical sector and/or accreditation experience
