We are seeking applications for a full time Property Manager and a Leasing Consultant to join our high performing team at our Hornsby office. We are looking for a candidate who will uphold our reputation and brand by delivering exceptional customer service within our business. This role is perfect for an individual who has a strong passion for real estate and looking for growth and career development in the industry.

As aProperty Manager you will:

- Manage and build relationships withlandlords and tenants
- Action repairs and maintenance requests




- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Conduct routine inspections
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Prepare documents and attend tribunal where required

The successful candidate will have:

- Thorough knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
- Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great personal presentation
- Current drivers licence and reliable car
- Current Certificate of Registration / Licence - essential
