Infinity Imaging and Interventions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dapto, NSW. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic medical environment where you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clinical team. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centred care, managing clinical procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care including health assessments, wound care and clinical observations
- Assist with and support medical procedures and interventional imaging examinations
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety throughout care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Monitor and report on patient vital signs and clinical indicators
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners
- Provide patient education and health promotion advice
- Maintain clinical equipment and ensure the practice environment meets health and safety standards
- Support the clinical team in delivering efficient and effective patient care
- Respond promptly to patient queries and concerns

What we're looking for

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years' experience in general medical or surgical nursing




- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical software
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining high standards of care
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on patient safety
- Experience in imaging or interventional settings is desirable
