About the Role

As the HVAC Service Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service while supporting and developing our technicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the HVAC technicians and office staff.
- Provide technical support and fault-finding guidance to technicians when required
- Ensure all maintenance, breakdown and repair work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.




- Provide technical support and guidance to the service team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor service performance, productivity and key performance indicators.
- Prepare invoice reports and quotations for recommended repair or replacement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and industry standards.
- Manage warranty work, customer issues and service quality.
- Work closely with the installation and administration teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

About You

- Extensive experience in the HVAC service industry and strong knowledge of AC brands/systems (Daikin, Samsung, Panasonic, Actron Air, Fujitsu, Carrier etc).
- Previous experience leading or supervising service technicians.
- Robust diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Proven organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
