An excellent full time opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager, to join Professionals Hills North West working within the friendly and award winning Property Management team. This role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a Property Manager and grow within a successful company.
An ideal candidate would be responsible principally for the management of a well-established and meticulously maintained portfolio. An excellent working environment with the benefit of experienced support.
The successful candidate will have experience in Property Management and demonstrates the highest standard of professionalism in both presentation and communication.
Attractive High Salary package dependent on experience and is negotiable for the right candidate
The Role:
Portfolio appox 170 properties with leasing and accounts support
Effectively liaise with tenants & landlords
Complete repairs & maintenance management
Arrears control
Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
Working towards targets and KPIs
Skills and Experience:
Certificate of Registration or Licence, and Property Management experience is essential
Property Me experience preferred but not essential
Confident making decisions and using your initiative
You have strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to build and manage relationships and be adaptable
You will be calm under pressure and thrive on providing exceptional client service
You will understand and demonstrate the need for effective time management
