CTI Logistics is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations from Gregory Hills, NSW. You will provide in office and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, and peripherals, and act as escalation point for IT issues with a focus on ITIL-aligned processes.
You will maintain documentation, assist with asset management, and help ensure systems meet CTI standards. Travel may be required to maintain CTI infrastructure.
