About the Role
We're looking for a Bookkeeping Client Manager r who wants more than just a title.
You’ll work with a high-performing team, take ownership of an exciting client portfolio, and work closely with others to deliver exceptional outcomes while building long-term, trusted client relationships. This is a role with real influence. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, drive improvements, develop talent and strengthen client relationships, all while being supported by a collaborative and experienced leadership team.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or advisory roles
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Solid understanding of Australian tax and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing financial insights or advisory services
- Proven client relationship management experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Job Responsibilities
Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping functions including accounts payable, receivable,
payroll and reconciliations
- Provide clients with financial insights, analysis, and actionable recommendations
- Supervise, mentor, and develop offshore bookkeeping team members
- Allocate and review work to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Assist with onboarding current clients and system implementations (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and internal controls
