We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and being the welcoming face of our property.

As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality reception services, managing reservations, and promoting our accommodation and services in line with the Quest policies.

About the Role

- Provide front office reception services in person, over the phone, and via email
- Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
- Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests using the RMS system
- Promote and sell accommodation, services, and Quest products
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
- Process payments, reconcile transactions, and complete shift balances
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to support daily operations

About You

You are friendly, organised, and confident communicating with guests from all backgrounds.



You take pride in your presentation and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will have:

- Previous experience in reception, front office, or customer service (hospitality or accommodation preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A qualified and polished telephone manner
- Confidence using computers and booking systems (PMS/RMS experience desirable)
- Sales awareness and the ability to convert enquiries into bookings
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A professional presentation.
- A positive, solution-focused attitude

Shift Availability

This role includes a rotating fortnightly roster across two shift types (including weekends and Public Holidays):

- PM Shift: 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
