Dynamics Geotechnical Supplies is a proudly Australian-owned supplier of specialist consumable products and equipment to the Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and geotechnical drilling industries. With a strong reputation for quality products, exceptional service and practical industry expertise, we supply customers throughout Australia.

We are seeking a commercially driven General Manager with a proven flair for consumable product sales, business development and leadership to drive the next stage of our growth.

This hands‑on leadership role combines strategic planning with regular travel throughout Australia to strengthen customer relationships, develop new business opportunities and represent the company within the industry.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, including:

- Leading the day‑to‑day operations of the company.
- Driving sales growth and developing recent business opportunities.
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Travelling regularly throughout Australia to visit customers and identify opportunities.
- Leading and mentoring the internal sales and administration team.
- Overseeing purchasing, inventory,



financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Representing the business at industry events and trade exhibitions.

About You

You are a commercially minded leader who enjoys building relationships and growing businesses.

Ideally, you will have:

- Senior leadership experience in a General Manager, Commercial Manager, Operations Manager or Sales Manager role.
- A successful background in consumable product sales and business development.
- Strong commercial, financial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- A customer‑focused, proactive and results‑driven approach.
- A current Australian driver's licence.

Experience within the Construction Materials Testing (CMT), geotechnical drilling, civil construction, mining, engineering, laboratory testing or industrial supply sectors will be highly regarded.
