We're partnering with a growing consumer healthcare business to find an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales, distribution and customer engagement across Sydney's North Shore pharmacy channel.

This is a true territory ownership role where you'll have the autonomy to manage your business, build customer partnerships and drive commercial performance across a portfolio of trusted healthcare brands.

With exciting new product launches on the horizon and strong investment behind the business, it's an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to make a genuine impact.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build and execute territory business plans
- Grow sales and distribution across pharmacy customers
- Develop strong relationships with pharmacy owners, managers and retail teams
- Deliver product training and educational support




- Drive promotional execution and in-store visibility
- Identify growth opportunities through sales and CRM data
- Collaborate closely with Key Account, Marketing and Commercial teams
- Represent the business at customer and industry events

About You

- Experience within pharmaceutical, OTC, pharmacy or FMCG sales
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Proven ability to deliver against sales targetsCommercially minded and highly organised
- Comfortable working autonomously in the field
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- GP experience viewed favourably but not essential
