Help improve adoption services that support Victorian families and communities.

Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and support the team leader of the adoption support unit.
Manage funding, finance processes and contracts for adoption service providers.
Prepare transparent briefs and memos for executive management.
Coordinate projects and improve systems for adoption records, including digitisation and secure storage.
Provide practical guidance that supports quality work and explicit written instructions across the unit.
Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in business, library sciences, or a related field is highly desirable. Knowledge of adoption services, similar fields, or Victorian Government administration will help you succeed.
Strong knowledge of government processes and the ability to learn new policies, systems and procedures quickly.




Explicit communication skills and the ability to tailor your message for different audiences.
Sound judgement, problem‐solving skills and the ability to coordinate projects and improve systems.
Collaborative leadership, flexibility and the ability to build productive working relationships.
