Security Operations Analyst (AI Training)

What You'll Do
Analyze realistic SOC scenarios — alerts, incidents, and investigations — and evaluate how AI systems respond to them
Classify severity levels, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
Review detection logic and investigation workflows for accuracy and real-world relevance
Validate AI outputs to ensure they reflect how experienced security analysts actually think and operate
Provide structured, expert feedback that helps frontier AI models reason through threats more effectively
Who You Are




2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
Solid familiarity with SIEM platforms, alert triage workflows, and threat investigation processes
Skilled at distinguishing genuine security signals from noise and false positives
Detail-oriented with robust written communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments
Nice to Have
Experience with EDR, SOAR, or threat intelligence platforms
Background in malware analysis, network forensics, or cloud security
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK; or similar frameworks
Prior involvement in AI evaluation, red teaming, or security research
