THE ROLE
The Team Leader, Resident Experience and Communications leads Homes Victoria's resident voice program, drawing on research, insights and lived experience to develop strategic communications and engagement that improve resident outcomes. The role drives whole-of-department and cross-agency strategies to strengthen the relocation and asset improvement experience, identifying prospects to influence policy, process and service delivery. Acting as a central point for resident insight, the role convenes governance forums where necessary and embeds continuous improvement across initiatives. It works collaboratively across Homes Victoria and with the community housing sector to enhance resident experience. The role oversees the roll out of communications to our residents statewide will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering engagement and communications to support program outcomes.
Accountabilities Include
Manage the resident voice program, including drawing on resident insights and social research to inform key messaging.
Translate resident feedback into practical communications, engagement and improvement initiatives.
Drive strategies that improve resident experience, particularly through relocation and housing outcomes.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa. Work eligibility will be checked as part of the recruitment process. Preferred candidates will be required to complete pre-employment screening, including a national police check and misconduct screening.
