This is a robust opportunity for an Embedded Firmware Engineer who can design firmware, not just write assigned code.
We are keen on:
Where you've worked
What you have worked on
What you personally designed, built, tested, debugged and released.
We are looking for things like:
Firmware design and development for commercial electronic products.
Firmware architecture, control logic, diagnostics, fault handling and event logging.
Low-level drivers, state machines, scheduling and timing-critical routines.
Hardware/firmware integration with microcontrollers, peripherals, sensors and electronic assemblies.
Board bring-up, debugging, validation, production support and field issue investigation.
Reusable firmware modules and shared platform capability across product families.
Transparent documentation of design decisions, interfaces, constraints and test outcomes.




Working closely with hardware, power electronics, lifecycle, quality and production teams.
What matters:
You can explain your firmware design activities, not only your development tasks.
You have worked close to hardware.
You can describe products or systems you have supported through test, release or production.
You understand how firmware behaviour affects the real product.
You can talk clearly about trade-offs, bugs, constraints, fixes and design decisions.
Relevant backgrounds may include industrial controllers, motor drives, HVAC/R controls, pump/fan/compressor controls, power conversion, UPS, EV charging, protection products, instrumentation, production-test systems or other embedded hardware products.
Those backgrounds are practical, not mandatory.
