Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Work with architects and developers to define API and integration requirements.
Analyze data flows, mappings, and system interactions across applications.
Support solution design, SIT/UAT, and release readiness activities.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders in Agile delivery environments.
Mandatory Skills
8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
Experience with API specifications, JSON/XML, and integration patterns.
Ability to read and understand technical designs and architecture diagrams.
Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and Postman
