Technical Business Analyst | Melbourne | 6-Month Contract
We're looking for
2 experienced Technical Business Analysts
to join a major enterprise transformation program in Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BA who is equally comfortable working with business stakeholders and highly technical engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
Produce BRDs, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
Partner with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams to deliver scalable technical solutions
Analyse system integrations, APIs and data flows
Support solution design, SIT, UAT and release activities
Work within a rapid-paced Agile delivery workplace
Qualifications
8+ years' Business Analysis experience within enterprise environments




Robust understanding of
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and REST APIs
Experience defining API and integration requirements
Ability to interpret technical architecture and solution designs
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence and Postman
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Nice to have
Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, API Gateway or BigQuery
Kafka or Event-Driven Architecture
Experience within Postal, Logistics or Supply Chain
