Junior Project Manager/Contracts admin — Residential Construction SSR Projects

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager with prior experience to support the planning, estimating, and delivery of our residential construction projects. This is an ideal prospect for someone with experience in estimating and contracts administration who wants to grow into a full project management role.

What you'll do

Assist in preparing estimates, take-offs, and cost plans for residential projects

Support contracts administration: drafting, reviewing, and tracking subcontractor and supplier agreements, variations, and progress claims

Obtain and compare quotes from subcontractors and suppliers

Help maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation

Coordinate with clients, trades, and suppliers to keep projects on track

Track project progress and flag risks, delays, or cost overruns early

Assist with site meetings, reporting, and general project administration





Ensure work complies with relevant building codes, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

experience in estimating and contracts administration, ideally within residential construction

A relevant qualification in construction management, building, quantity surveying, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence reading construction drawings and specifications

Good communication skills for dealing with clients, trades, and suppliers

Proficiency with Buildertrend / project management or estimating software

A proactive, willing-to-learn attitude and the ability to juggle competing priorities
