KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Site Manager with daily site coordination
- Supervise trades and ensure work is completed on program
- Maintain site safety and quality standards
- Assist with sequencing and logistics on-site
- Step in to lead small sections of work when required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year experience on residential / Commercial high-rise projects
- Previous Leading Hand or strong Foreman experience
- Good understanding of site operations and sequencing
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
