You will work with NDIS participants to manage their plan funding and ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines, delivering high-quality customer service and building relationships with participants and providers.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices, onboarding recent participants, maintaining records, and supporting business development while achieving KPIs
