We are looking for customer focussed Locum Pharmacists who are committed to patient counselling, and who are available to undertake locum opportunities at our store, Yeppoon Day & Night Pharmacy, in Queensland. This opportunity would suit Pharmacists who truly enjoy coming out from behind the dispensary counter and interacting with patients. Someone who can truly live and breathe our team values.

Locum Pharmacists ideally will have the ability to work in one or more different pharmacy locations to help with busy periods of time, or for covering annual or personal leave. Great opportunity to travel to a fantastic destination while you earn.

As a Locum Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:

Proactively greeting and engaging our patients,

Walking the aisles and consulting with consumers

Using your clinical knowledge,



skills and experience to provide optimal healthcare solutions

Actively implementing PPA programs and forward dispensing

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

Ability to laugh and smile

Be inspiring and maintain a positive attitude at all times

Ability to fully engage with your patients as well your team mates

Willingness to go the extra mile, enriching your patient’s pharmacy experience

Keen desire to counsel patients with your up to date pharmaceutical and clinical knowledge

Ability to clearly communicate and demonstrate a solid understanding of medication management

Being motivated, enthusiastic, versatile and willing

Must be a registered Pharmacist with AHPRA & hold own PI insurance
