Key responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, memorable in-store experience.
- Brand Ambassador: Build and nurture relationships with customers, embodying and promoting our brand spirit to cultivate a loyal customer base.
- Sales and Performance: Report on and drive sales that exceed targets by maintaining high visual merchandising standards, sharing in-depth product knowledge and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure the store remains well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that visual merchandising standards and directives are consistently implemented andmaintained.
- Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and administrative tasks.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor store activities to prevent and address potential loss or theft.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance overall service quality.
