Project Coordinator - Enterprise Transformation
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a large enterprise transformation program within a leading financial services organisation.
Supporting a project leadership team, you'll play a key role in ensuring effective governance, reporting and coordination across a complex delivery environment.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in fast-paced transformation programs and understands the importance of solid governance and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate project governance activities
- Maintain RAID logs, actions and dependency registers
- Prepare Steering Committee and governance packs
- Coordinate project reporting and status updates
- Assist with planning, scheduling and resource coordination
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Support financial tracking and project administration
- Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders
To succeed in this role,
you will offer:
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within enterprise transformation programs
- Strong governance and reporting experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience maintaining RAID logs and project documentation
- Exposure to Agile and/or traditional project delivery
- Banking or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar project management tools is desirable.
