We’re now looking to add a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to our team.

Job Description:

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator. In this role, you will lead our estimating department in winning tenders and maintaining our relationship with clients and suppliers at the early stages of the project. We want to hear from you if you are organised, have excellent analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment!

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.





Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop bid strategies

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and industry standards

Prepare detailed tender proposals and support contract negotiations

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in estimating civil construction projects

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs

Proficiency in estimating software

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Robust organisational and multitasking abilities

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
