Supporting a key Furnishings category, you will play a critical role in driving sales, profitability and inventory performance through data-driven planning and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales, stock and inventory plans to achieve category objectives
Provide forecasting, reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making
Manage inventory performance, replenishment and markdown strategies
Partner closely with Buying, Supply Chain and key stakeholders to drive category performance
Support seasonal reviews and identify opportunities to maximise sales and profitability
What We're Looking For
4+ years' experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning or a similar planning function
Strong forecasting, inventory management and analytical capabilityAdvanced Excel skills and confidence interpreting data and reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience within large-format, big-box or high-volume retail environments highly regarded
