SMEC is seeking motivated Civil Engineering graduates to join its two‐year Graduate Development Program (GDP). You'll work on real infrastructure projects alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands‐on project experience and structured learning, mentoring, and exposure across teams.
Upon completion, graduates progress toward qualified titles with ongoing development and prospects to build consulting skills, communication, collaboration, and problem solving within the SJ Group network.
