Ericsson in Sydney is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join a small CCxx/UDM support team focused on 5G Core and Cloud Core solutions for NACI customers. You will handle complex L2/L3 incidents, drive resolutions and improve live network stability.
You will collaborate with product, project and problem management teams to reduce outages, safely introduce current CCxx releases, and communicate updates to customers during high-priority incidents.
