Skills & Experience
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Store Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Store Manager role within fashion retail.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store KPIs.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Experience with inventory management and retail operations.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
