Venue Nation Australia is a dedicated division within Live Nation Australasia providing strategic leadership and fostering growth across the venue portfolio.
Role Overview
Premium Product Manager (9‐month contract, Melbourne). Own the Premium product portfolio across Australian and New Zealand venues, responsible for strategy, reporting, membership, marketing, budgets and on‐ground support.
Responsibilities
Lead rollout of the Premium strategy, including membership strategy using Archtics.
Oversee the Archtics platform and manage membership programmes across relevant venues.
Build and maintain relationships with Venue Managers and leadership; run regular 1:1s and support product rollouts.
Compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports and present metrics to leadership.
Spend time on‐ground in venues reviewing Premium spaces and driving continuous improvement.
Maintain the Premium website and channels, brief marketing agencies and venue teams, and develop a content strategy with the National Marketing Manager – Venues.
Manage budgets for recent product launches and ongoing cost control, maximising revenue.
Collaborate with the NZ Premium team, Ticketmaster and Moshtix to uncover current ancillary opportunities.
Qualifications




Robust communication skills, confident articulation to stakeholders.
Proactive problem‐solving, resolving issues quickly before they grow.
Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
Data‐driven approach using insights and data to inform decisions.
Experience thriving in fast‐paced, high‐pressure environments.
Tech proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and Archtics.
Adaptability, flexible can‐do attitude and eagerness to learn.
