The Role

You will inspire and guide your team by creating an workplace where children and educators grow together. Through your leadership, you foster a culture of collaboration, reflection, and shared learning, ensuring everyone feels supported to reach their potential.





You will design meaningful learning environments that spark curiosity and expand young minds. By intentionally setting up spaces and experiences, you encourage exploration, creativity, and a love of learning that supports each child’s development.

You will champion every child’s rights and celebrate childhood as a vital and valued stage of life. This means advocating for children’s voices, dignity, and wellbeing in every decision, while recognising the importance of play and belonging.

You will partner with families, recognising them as a child’s first and most important community. Through open communication and genuine relationships, you build trust and work together to support each child’s learning journey.

You will uphold excellence by embedding national early childhood principles in everyday practice. This ensures high-quality education and care is consistently delivered, guided by best practice standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.

About You:

You bring heart, curiosity and a passion for early learning
You also have:

- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or studying)
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion
- A commitment to child and cultural safety
- An understanding of reporting obligations
