We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to lead our team and ensure every member and guest enjoys a top-tier experience. If you're a hospitality pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating memorable moments, this is your opportunity to shine!

What you’ll be doing

- Overseeing daily venue operations and leading a high-performing team.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving guest enquiries with professionalism.
- Monitoring venue performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Assisting with staff training, policies, and procedures to enhance service standards.
- Helping to plan and execute exciting events and promotions.




- Managing administrative tasks, including inventory, reporting, and POS/gaming system oversight.

What we’re looking for

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- A strong leader with excellent communication and team motivation skills.
- A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in gaming management and POS software.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and staying ahead of trends.
- Work across a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.
- A hospitality management qualification is a bonus but not essential.
- Must hold the following qualifications - RSA, RSG, CLO, First Aid, RMLV and Approved Manager (QLD).
