PEARL Catering is seeking an ambitious, organised and personable Wedding Events Manager to oversee each couple's journey from contract handover through to post-wedding follow-up.

We are looking for someone who is switched on, proactive, passionate about weddings and hospitality, and motivated to develop their career. Extensive management experience is not essential if you have the right foundations, attitude and potential.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Weddings and working closely with our Wedding Sales, Venue and Operations teams, you will become the couple's primary point of contact throughout the planning process.

You will manage everything from site visits and menu selections to timelines, suppliers and event documentation, ensuring each wedding is personal, seamless and delivered to PEARL's exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the wedding journey from post-contract handover through to post-event follow-up.
- Build trusted relationships with couples and provide confident, professional guidance.
- Prepare event reports, timelines, floor plans, checklists and final documentation.
- Coordinate menus, beverages, tastings, dietary requirements and catering logistics.
- Manage final guest numbers,



invoicing requirements and planning deadlines.
- Liaise with chefs, venue teams, suppliers, stylists and other wedding professionals.
- Identify potential challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Oversee wedding-day delivery and ensure every detail meets client expectations.
- Uphold PEARL's standards for exceptional food, service, presentation, hygiene and safety.

- The ability to manage multiple weddings and deadlines simultaneously.

- Confidence conducting site visits and managing supplier relationships.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
