About the Role:

- Lead the Blacktown toddler room with confidence, care, and creativity
- Foster safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
- Deliver high-quality programs that inspire curiosity and a love of learning
- Build solid and respectful relationships with families
- Mentor, guide, and support your team of educators
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and exceed expectations

About You:

Requirements:

- A solid understanding of the NQS and EYLF
- WWCC/Blue Card, First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & Child Protection Training
- Experience as a Room Leader highly regarded, but not essential
- A genuine love for learning and the leadership skills to match
- Cert III and Diploma qualified educators are encouraged to apply
