We're Hiring: Project Management / Corporate Strategy Associate Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Entry-Level to Mid-LevelWe are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and results-oriented Project Management / Corporate Strategy Associate to support business planning, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who is passionate about driving business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and execution of corporate strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities.
- Analyze business performance, operational data, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare business cases, strategic reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and recommend process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic planning and transformation projects.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.




- Support change management, operational planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in project management, corporate strategy, consulting, business analysis, operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Knowledge of business strategy, financial analysis, and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Good command of English communication skills.
