We're on the hunt for an ambitious, driven Business Development Representative to join their expanding Brisbane team. You'll be at the forefront of the business, forging recent partnerships, opening up markets, and fuelling sustainable growth through sharp sales instincts and genuine client relationships.

What You'll Do

- Build and execute a growth strategy with a dual focus on revenue and customer satisfaction
- Research markets to uncover new opportunities and evolving client needs
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients, turning conversations into long-term partnerships
- Champion the company's services and stay ahead of client objectives




- Prepare and manage sales contracts in line with company and legal requirements
- Keep accurate records of sales activity, revenue, and client engagement
- Deliver outstanding after-sales support and act as a trusted feedback loop for the business
- Nurture lasting relationships with both new and existing customers

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Solid understanding of transport, logistics, or freight forwarding (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence with MS Office and CRM platforms — Salesforce or HubSpot a bonus
- A goal-oriented mindset with the strategic thinking to back it up
