About the Role

This is a newly created position focused on driving sales growth across the South Brisbane area. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to build and strengthen relationships with both current and existing clients, promoting our trusted range of safety gear and products.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding your portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing sales performance while ensuring clients receive the right solutions tailored to their needs.

Location & Travel

This role covers the South Brisbane territory, with local travel required throughout the South Brisbane area.



Travel is limited to the local region—no interstate or long-distance travel is required.

Responsibilities include:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Managing and expanding existing client accounts
- Preparing quotes, following up, and closing deals
- Providing product recommendations and solutions
- Collaborating with our Product Specialists to promote key product categories
- Monitoring market trends and acting as a trusted safety advisor to customer

What We're Looking For

- Proven sales experience (industrial sector experience preferred, but not essential)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A customer-focused approach with a drive to achieve results
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- High level of motivation and initiative
- A valid full Australian driver's license is required
- Australian work rights are required for this position
