Fuse Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Day Shift Supervisor for a high-volume manufacturing site. Lead a production team, drive safety, quality and daily targets with the Production Manager.
You'll monitor workflows, coordinate changeovers, and promote continuous improvement. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365) and lean manufacturing experience is preferred. This is a permanent, in office role with a strong focus on development.
