We're seeking an experienced Civil Foremanwith a strong drainage backgroundto lead crews on civil infrastructure projects across Wellington. This role is drainage-focused, so proven drainage experience is essential.If you don't have extensive drainage experience, this role won't be the right fit.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and supervise drainage crews on site
- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Oversee trenching, pipe laying, manholes,



and underground services
- Read plans and ensure all drainage works are completed to specification
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality

What we're looking for

- Extensive drainage experience is essential
- Previous experience as a Civil Foreman or Leading Hand
- Proven ability to lead crews on drainage projects
- Solid knowledge of underground services and civil construction
- Ability to read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
- Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 and WTR advantageous)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
