Position
Due to continued growth, an Electrical Estimator is now needed to help win and deliver a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Brisbane.
- Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and tenders across commercial projects.
- Review project plans, specifications and scope of works to develop detailed cost estimates.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and material costs.
- Identify and manage project risks, variations and value engineering opportunities.
- Support the operations team through handover of won projects and ongoing cost management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
- Contribute to the growth of the business through accurate, timely and competitive tendering.

Experience Required
To be considered it is vital that you have the following:
- Proven electrical estimating experience across commercial or domestic projects
- Trade background in electrical highly regarded.
- Electricians looking to move off the tools are encouraged to apply
- Robust understanding of electrical systems, materials and installation costs
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and technical documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels
