We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Private Accountant to oversee financial management, commercial operations, and private business matters across associated entities.

The role offers broad exposure across business operations, investments, property, agriculture, finance, and private affairs, making it ideally suited to an experienced accountant who enjoys working in a dynamic and highly trusted environment.

About the Role

Working closely with a CEO on personal financial and private affairs, this role will take responsibility for the financial management, administration, and coordination of various entities, investments, and related matters.

The role is full time and based onsite at Northmead.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and coordination of financial reporting across multiple entities and investment structures
- Management of accounting records within the Company’s ERP system, including reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Assistance with financial analysis relating to business and investment activities
- Liaising with external accountants, legal advisers, banks, consultants,



and other stakeholders
- Coordination of accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance requirements, including liaison with the ATO, ASIC, and other relevant bodies
- Assisting with any administrative requirements associated with property and investment activities
- Supporting the CEO with confidential financial, commercial, and business matters as required
- Maintaining accurate records, schedules, and documentation across a diverse portfolio of entities
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting efficiency

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience working within a family office or private investment group
- Strong financial and management accounting capability
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and personal integrity
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with accounting and financial systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CA or CPA qualification preferred
