Our client, based in Wacol, manufactures and distributes bedding products nationwide and is seeking a reliable Factory Hand to join their team.
About the Role
- 7:00am to 3:20pm
- Assisting machine operators with moving finished mattresses of all sizes
- Transferring products into designated staging areas
- Use of MHE to move mattresses
- Loading trucks with various bedding products
- Prospect to learn machine operating for those looking to upskill
About You
- Teachable, trainable, and eager to learn
- Strong work ethic with a desire for long-term employment
- Physically fit — the role involves manual handling, loading/unloading, and being on your feet throughout the day
- Well-presented, as you’ll be working at head office with management onsite
- Understanding of load restraint and Chain of Responsibility is desirable but not essential
