Tandem Partners is partnering with a highly successful organisation and seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape the recruitment function. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will lead end-to-end recruitment and build robust relationships with leaders to enable growth.

You will influence hiring approaches, drive proactive sourcing, and elevate candidate experiences, while developing tools and frameworks to support the function.
