Administer and supportOkta tenant environments
Configure and manage:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Universal Directory
Lifecycle Management
Integrate cloud and enterprise applications using:
SAML 2.0
OAuth 2.0
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Support and maintainOkta Access Gateway (OAG)
Integrate legacy on-prem applications with Okta SSO
Manage SSL/TLS certificates and secure access configurations
Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and provisioning issues
Develop automation usingREST APIsandOkta Workflows
Resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow




Create technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
Strong hands‐on experience withOkta Administration & Engineering
Experience withOkta Access Gateway (OAG)

Knowledge of:
HTTP/HTTPS
